My whole family's a lot of Healers. If you ever need help, I know enough to help you study if you'd like.

I did the same thing last year. I worked myself up so much more than absolutely necessary. You'll do great because you have all the characteristics of an amazing Healer, Minny. You're smart, kind, compassionate and funny. Everything will work out the way its meant to. Don't concern yourself too much. You're fabulous.

Yes, and I haven't exactly plucked up the courage to tell him yet. I trust you not to say anything.

It's James Potter. We've begun dating about two weeks ago, but we've been best friends since first year. And while 11 year old me just thought there was something special about him, 18 year old me knows that I loved him.

I wasn't aware of it at the time, but you'll know.

He's the best. I think the only reason I haven't told him is because I've never been this happy before. And I sometimes psyche myself to this point where I fear I'll lose what is making me happy. When the time is right, I'll tell him, but for now I just love being around him and that's enough.

Love at first sight can be mistaken for something else, Min; be it hatred or friendship. Ignored or acted upon. It really depends the people involved.

That's...interesting. Hatred, really? I guess when I think about it, you're right, though. I guess I never thought of it that way before.

It's natural to feel that way, especially around this time of year. All of the talk of relationships and dates can get depressing. Just believe me when I tell you that when it's the right time, it will be even better than everyone else's romances seem, because it will be yours. And whoever the lucky bloke is will think the sun shines out of your arse, but you'll think that's impossible because the sun shines out of his! And you will have all the happiness you deserve. Honestly.
